If you have not received your order, the first step is to check the tracking information. We send every order using a tracked service, whether it is with Royal Mail or DHL.

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Once you have the tracking number, you can track the shipment on the relevant courier’s website. If the tracking information is unavailable, incorrect, or shows the parcel as delivered when it has not been received, please contact us directly so we can assist you further.

The most effective way to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched is to place it on hold via the Contact Us page on our website.

On this page, you can also find options to either call us directly or submit a ticket for further assistance.

You can place your order on hold before it has been dispatched.

To achieve this, simply pop over to our contact us page on our websites and enter your order number + postcode.

This is perfect for if you have spotted a mistake straight away.

These details are used to securely verify your order before displaying the delivery information.

If you created an account when placing your order, you can also log in to your account on our website and view your order history to track your delivery.

If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an automated dispatch email once your order has been sent. This email contains your tracking number which can be used on the tracking page above.
